Stockholm, Sweden (June 17, 2020)—Antares and Reason Studios have co-developed Auto-Tune Reason, a new, native Rack Extension plug-in for Reason, designed specifically for the virtual rack in Reason with a custom workflow and integrated patches.

Reason Rack Comes to Pro Tools
In addition to being used for pitch correction and as a vocal effect, Reason users can now use Auto-Tune for sound design, vocal chains and effect Combinators.
First introduced in 1997, Auto-Tune was originally designed to aid in the adjustment and correction of off-key vocals, but soon became a vocal effect unto itself, creating modulations and subtle distortions to a voice to create a near robotic quality.
The new software is available for $99.00 in the Reason online shop; there is also a free 30-day trial there as well.
